Dear Student

Stanley is a non-minority Engineering & Technology Institution established exclusively for women with a goal of promoting self-knowledge, leadership, responsibility and diversity among the adolescent girls and transforms them into fully integrated individuals.

Each of one of you has entered the engineering profession, because you are interested in the future, not only yours, but the future of our fellow men as well. As engineers, you have the choice to make a difference to better humanity - a choice that very few people have - the difference that you will make may be small or it may be large, but it is what you have chosen to do. It shall strive to enhance the quality of life for people throughout the world through the constructive application of technology. It shall endeavor to promote understanding of the influence of such technology on public welfare. During the short period of stay of four years in this institute all the Students from all the Branches should come together, and work as a team. During this "Short period" there will be a large amount of knowledge flow and you will know that beyond the walls of a classroom there is still the bigger classroom. Use the college as a training ground for developing your personality.

My advice to newcomers is, don't compromise your dreams for anyone. No one is going to hand you your dream. You have to work hard for it. Do what you love first. Your career will grow out of that love. Your interest must be always in your future, because you are going to spend the rest of your life there.
