Dr. B.L. Raju, Ph.D
Professor of Electronics & Communication Engineering
Dr. B.L. Raju is a dynamic person holding two PhDs. He is the Brain of ECE department and with his Passion towards education; Stanley will polish and produce excellent Electronics engineers. He is the life-time member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, USA and VLSI society of India, Bangalore. He has guided 42 B-Tech and 25 M-Tech projects. He even published three international and thirteen national papers. Received MODROB and R&D Grant of Rupees 23 Lakhs from AICTE on VLSI Projects during (2008-2010).
He has 20 years of experience as dean and H.O.D. he has also been accorded “Best Teacher” award by National institute of Technical Teachers training and research (Ministry of HRD, Govt of India) Taramani, Chennai.
Mr. N.L. Prathap
Associate Professor of Electronics & Communication Engineering
He is Pursuing his PhD from JNTU Hyderabad in the area of Digital signal processing using artificial neural networks. He has 10 years of experience in teaching field. He has conducted workshops on various technologies in the area of digital signal processing.
He has presented paper on Iterative image restoration Algorithm at Nit, Trichy - Tamilnadu.
Ms. K. Bramaramba, M.Tech.
Associate Professor of Electronics & Communication Engineering
She completed M. Tech from JNTU, AMIE from The Institution of Engineers(India),Kolkata. She has 9 years of teaching and industry experience. Her areas of interest are Testing Tools, SAP. She has excellent laboratory skills.
Ms. Srivalli
Assistant Professor of Electronics & Communication Engineering
She is pursuing PhD in Microwave Communication. Her areas of interests lie in Microwave Engineering, Networks and transmission lines. She has attended workshop on Bio-informatics and Speech processing. She has written a book titled” Switching theory and Logic design” as per Andhra University Syllabus.
She is Licensed Operator of Ham Radio and also a life member of ISTE.
Ms. K.J. Hemavathi

She has done B.E(ECE) from Karnataka University. Has eight years of industrial experience in VLSI.Worked in R & D departments of public and private sectors. Her areas of interest are Microprocessors, Microcontrollers, VHDL ,Verilog & Projects.
Ms. M. Lakshmi Ravali, M.S. (US),
Assistant Professor of Electronics & Communication Engineering.
She did her M.S in Electrical & Communication Engineering, Southern Illinious University, Carbondale, USA. She has 2 year experience in Industrial.
Mr. Charles Daniel Rajendra, B-Tech (ECE)
Assistant Professor of Electronics and Communication Engineering
He has two years of experience in Telecom domain as a telecom engineer, also undergone training in telecom network engineering and one year of experience in teaching. His approach towards theory is more practical and observation oriented.
He has excellent communication and teaching skills. He has presented paper in an international conference “Radar - Tool for measuring speed of the ball” also attended workshop on Applications of Microwaves in R & D. His area of interest is in Telecom and Digital domain.
Ms.Tabassum Uzma, M.E (Electronics)

She has 4 years of teaching experience and 2 years experience in industrial sector. She is presently working on a project based on microcontrollers. She is a life member of ISTE and has attended national conference on MECHATRONICS.
Her area of specialization is Microcontrollers and Digital electronics.
Ms. M.Swaroopa Rani, M.Tech

She completed M.Tech with the specialization in 'VLSI System Design' from Bharath University, Chennai and completed B.E (ECE) from V.Y.W.S College of Engg, Amaravathi. She worked as Assistant Professor in Lakireddy Bali Reddy College of Engineering, Mylavaram for 3 years. She has attended several training programs conducted by AICTE like 'ADVANCED VLSI DESIGN' at NIT Warangal, 'TRANSFORM TECHNIQUES' at LBRCE and 'Teaching Engineering Using Lab VIEW' at LBRCE by IUCEE.
Ms. Jyotsna Rani Koti, M-Tech (VLSI))
Assistant Professor of Electronics and Communication Engineering
She worked as software Testing Engineer in Nucleonix Systems Pvt. Ltd for one year and decided to pursue her career in teaching and excel in her subjects as teaching is the noblest profession.
Her area of interest lies in VLSI. She has published a paper on national level on the topic “Verification and Validation of health monitoring systems”.
Ms. K. Aruna, M-Tech (VLSI and Embedded systems))

She has one year of experience in teaching. She has zeal towards VLSI and embedded systems, the combination of both these subjects make her eligible in any of the core field.
She has presented paper on “hardware software performance for image enhancement techniques” and “wireless sensor networks” and she has also attended 21st International conference on VLSI design, Hyderabad.
Mr. N.PRADEEP KUMAR GOUD, M.Tech

He completed his M.Tech(EMBEDDED SYSTEMS) from GRIET affiliated to JNTU, Hyderabad. He has done his project on ARM9 Processor .i.e. Design and Development of Embedded Multimedia Terminal. His areas of interest are Microcontrollers , Digital Design and Embedded Systems.

Ms. Udayini is a post graduate from the University of Houston, Texas. She worked in the software industry for a period of more than 4 years on various platforms as a System Analyst. She had earlier worked as an Assistant Professor at Vignan Institute of Technology and Science, Deshmukhi Village, Hyderabad.

And obtained his Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering with specialization in VLSI System Design, at JBIET, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. His areas of interest are Control systems, VLSI System Design, Probability Theory & Stochastic Processes, and Digital Signal Processing

She has 8 Years of Industrial experience. She has attended several training programs conducted by G.Pulla Reddy Engineering College, Kurnool on PSoC and ARM based Embedded Systems and Applications of EDA tools in chip design (EDAT-CD 09) by Vasavi College of Engineering, Hyderabad.Her area of interest lies in Electronic Devices & Circuits, Digital Systems and VLSI.
