Manjot Kaur is working as an Assistant Professor in Electronics & Communication Department at Stanley College of Engineering & Technology for Women since 24/12/2014. She strives to add and inculcate work experience and leadership skills and capitalize on her key strengths of integrity, quality, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
Currently she is a Research Scholar and pursuing PH. D at Lovely Professional University. Her interest domain is Embedded Systems, Image Processing, Artificial Intelligence and IoT. She has completed her M. TECH in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Lovely Professional University with CGPA of 8.02 in 2013, B. TECH in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Ambala College of Engineering and Applied Research affiliated to Kurukshetra University with an aggregate of 81.58% in 2010.
She has taught subjects for ME-Advanced Digital Signal Processing, Embedded Systems, Embedded Systems Lab, BE- Networks and Transmission Lines, Pulse Digital & Switching Circuits, Electronic Devices, Switching Theory and Logic Design, Real Time Operating System, Pulse Digital Circuits, Basic Circuit Analysis, Embedded Systems, Wireless Sensor Networks, IoT Sensors, IC lab, EE-II Lab, ED Lab, Microprocessor Lab, PD & IC Lab, Electronic Workshop Lab, Embedded C & VLSI Design Lab. She has guided 12 BE and 6 ME Projects under her interest area. She has published 1 Journal: International Journal of General science & Engineering (IJGSE), Title: IOT Based Student Attendance System and 1 conference paper at ICPET 2016 International Conference with title- PAPR Reduction using Tomlinson Harashima Precoding for Multi-user MIMO OFDM System.
She has attended many workshops, seminars, webinars, STTC, FDPs to gain and enhance the knowledge for latest technologies and industrialization. She has actively organized many seminars, Add on Course, and workshops in the department. She is Lab In-charge for Embedded Systems Lab in the department. She has achieved 6 NPTEL certifications in various areas of her interest and latest technology. She has been an active member of IEEE Professional Society and the Branch Counselor for IEEE Stanley for Student Branch, Region 10 Hyderabad. She is also an active member of IIC- Innovation Ambassadors from the college and has also presented a guest lecture on Innovation for a college.
She is hardworking, goal-oriented, go getter, self-motivated, ability to lead a team, always ready to take initiative and an adaptive interaction. She believes that people who develop the ability to continuously acquire new and better forms of knowledge that they can apply to their work and to their lives will be the movers and shakers in our society for the indefinite future.
