Prof. S. Narender Reddy
Professor
Dr. Narender Reddy has completed Ph.D from Osmania University in the year 1991. He is a recipient of Junior Research Fellowship, Senior Research Fellowship for 5 years (1985 - 1990) for pursuing Ph.D. and awarded Research Associateship for 3 years to continue post doctoral work by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Govt. of India, New Delhi. He worked in Osmania university as an Asst.Professor, Associate Professor and Professor from 1991 to July' 2019. During his tenure of service in osmania university he has published about 50 publications in various international and national journals. His field of research is mainly Solid State Ionics in particular Solid Electrolytes. He is a recognized supervisor in the Department of Physics, Osmania University and awarded one Ph.D degree under his guidance and seven more are working for their Ph.D. He helped the university by taking up additional responsibilities such as Academic co-ordinator, Additional Conroller of examinations and principal of a constituent college for short period. After attaining the superannuation he has joined as Professor of Physics in this institution.
