Assistant professor in Jyothishmathi College of engineering and technology in MBA Department.
After that she worked in SKR P.G College as assistant professor in MBA Department
This is located at Rajahmundry. More over worked in SIDDHARTHA ENGINEERING COLLEGE as
Assistant professor to deal with MBA department. At present working at STANLEY COLLEGE
ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY FOR WOMEN, as Assistance professor in Department of business
Management. In her carrier she published 2 articles – A STUDY ON EMPLOYEE ABSENTEEISM,
CHALLENGES OF BANKING SECTOR FOR POST PANDEMIC ECONOMY. And hosted 2 Management
Fest named as ANKURA, VISHISHT. Her interested areas are Human Resource Management Operations Research, Marketing Management. And her teaching is splendid blend of practical and theory.
