Stanley College of Engineering and Technology for Women (Autonomous), Hyderabad, successfully conducted its Orientation Programme for first-year engineering students on 17 August 2026.

The programme featured eminent industry experts Mr. Raghavendra Kookatla, Vice President – Technology, ADP, as Chief Guest; Ms. Srilakha Challagundla, Campus Recruiter, Salesforce, as Guest of Honour; and Mr. Ijaz Khan, CEO, Talensio, as Guest.

The speakers encouraged students to cultivate curiosity, communication skills, professional networking, adaptability, career clarity, problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, and lifelong learning. They also highlighted the importance of developing industry-ready skills and preparing early for future career opportunities.

During the programme, Academic Excellence Awards were presented to meritorious students. An Anti-Ragging Squad Parade and Anti-Ragging Pledge were also conducted, reinforcing the college’s commitment to a safe and positive campus environment.

The programme was attended by the College Secretary and Correspondent Mr. K. Krishna Rao, Directors, management members, academic leaders, Principal Dr. B. L. Raju, Heads of Departments, faculty, students, parents, and well-wishers.
